Where is this space?
We are located at 12. W. Willow Grove ave. Philadelphia, PA 19118, just steps from Germantown ave. and right next to Balance Fitness Studio. (We have two additional spaces in Spring Arts and Manayunk.)
How do membership plans work?
Kismet offers 4 convenient options for monthly membership plans:
– Community, $150/month
– Floating Desk, $350/month
– Designated Desk, $450/month
– Private Office, $1000/month
Please keep in mind that rates and membership plans are subject to change.
When can I work?
Floating desk, designated desk, and private office members have access to Kismet 24/7, so you can work any time of day. Community-level members can access the space up to 5 days per month between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Who do I talk to if I need assistance?
The front desk is staffed from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. In addition, you are welcome to communicate with other members and staff on Kismet’s Slack channel in real-time throughout your workday, or email email@example.com with questions.
What is the work culture like here?
A typical work day at Kismet is laid back and flexible. Members can be social and collaborate, get work done in private, or ebb & flow between the two throughout the day. We host professional workshops, happy hours, & other events where members can get to know each other & explore various topics of interest.
What types of professionals work here?
We are a friendly community of business owners, freelancers, and remote workers in diverse fields such as technology, real estate, education, creative writing, and more! Regardless of your industry or experience with coworking, there’s a spot for you at Kismet.
What amenities are offered here?
Kismet offers high speed wifi, printing/scanning, package handling, two conference spaces, a kitchen space, private phone booths, and more! In addition, we always have a fresh stash of snacks, coffee, tea, and filtered water to keep you fueled and focused.
Where can I eat in Chestnut Hill?
Baker Street Bread Co., Market at the Fairway, Top of the Hill Cafe, Fiesta Pizza, SaiGon Noodle Bar, The Foodery, Primo Hoagies, El Poquito, Mario’s Pizza, Biryani Bowl, CinCin, Iron Hill Brewery, and more tasty eats are all within a mile of our space.
Can I host an event here?
Yes! Both members and non-members are welcome to book space for an event or book a conference room in advance. Let us know how we can accommodate your event in one of our spaces.
How do I change my info, pay a bill, book a conference room, etc?
Kismet uses Nexudus, software specifically designed for coworking spaces. You may access your Nexudus account at any time to manage your account details.
